Hey Cephlen! Magic armor/weapons can get real costly real fast, agreed! Starting out I'd say try looking for some GM (exceptoinal) crafted weapons and armor (barbed or iron). full suits of GM barbed leather armor can go for as low as 1600-2000g. as a fencer, this wont get you to the 'end game'...

They could always give the handouts to any account logged in within X amount of hours of the handout time. Good thing though is that these handouts don't sell for much usually. Just nice pieces for house deco ^_^

ohhh, yeah that was just exceptional iron weapons, however for runic weapons you'd be looking at maybe a 300-400g bump. Unfortunately DP is fairly easy to come by now :/
