heheh, I got all excited. Was going to try to sell the taming ss I found and see if I could beat that price. I should have known it was worth more then that.

I would wait for 1.5m as well. I sold one similar to this for 1.6 (it was 17x17). It had one less side of water but zero neighbors on screen. These kind of plots don't hit the market often.
