fb - Lost Meta Official Post

In the beginning of June I went to Florida for a little over a week with family. When I came back I learned QS had been changed to level easier. I go to claim my meta from stables, and hes gone. Not bound to the meta ball, or my summon ball. As if it had gone wild.



So an unexplained lvl 6 meta, qs/nox/bloody poof/thin air while I was on vacation...And I'm near ignored.

I don't expect a free decked out meta by any means, but I would at least like to have known it was looked into and dealt with, maybe telling me when I lost it exactly, or how.



Edit:
From the logs, your pet untamed midday on 6/2/2015 - I was home, not leaving for vacation for a couple days. Just so odd for me to randomly get the pet out then leave it and not even know it was gone for over a week...

Edit: I was told the issue was being worked on and I jumped the gun. I apologize for making this look negatively on staff what so ever.

I'm not sure how that works actually. Maybe you need actual gold. I'd have to try to find out. However, you could have PM'd us rather than taking this to the forum.

I was going to pursue this for you. However, I am now rethinking this due to the obvious pressure you are trying to apply here and the light you are casting Shane in.

We often have players leave pets out. Several meta pets have been lost in this manner.

Idk I mean it's a pokemon worth over a grand. I'd be a little peed off too.

Cut him some slack and get his pokemon back. Or give me custody since fb is obviously a terrible master.

i dont blame him for seeking help, getting no help what so ever, i know other cases of certain cases of accounts/pets/houses etc that comes up like this and nothing happens... i know someone waiting 3+ months to find out there third empty account.... i mean come on

things like this need to be taken care of ASAP, not in a hour, not tomorrow, right fucking now. everything seems to be, " we will take care of it later"

Very disheartening response to a serious issue if this truly is not on the players end.

Yeah the only thing I could think of is not having enough actual gold in your bank to cover stable fees. Is the stable intelligent enough to withdraw from your credit balance? I haven't tested it but who knows. Other than a server revert that was done to a point when your meta was out, I can't think of another reason.

Considering metas cost mils upon mils to raise and bring to that point, I'd be finding a bridge near WBB to jump off of right now.

Adam you're a good guy, help the guy out... he is just frustrated them same as any of us would be.

Would be nice to know if you need to have gold in your bank.... I thought your balance just went into the red and you couldn't get your pets out until you paid up???

Credit works fine for stables, all my gold is in credit and it draws out of it. But his meta wouldn't have poofed if he ran out of gold he simply wouldn't be able to claim it until he had enough gold, fb is a good dude, we were talking about his lost meta a few weeks ago and he was very calm and understanding. It's definitely different when there's an actual [emoji385] value to the gold too, respectively it's like the dude just lost a large chunk of actual money. Hook the Gangsta up

i couldnt imagine losing my lvl 4 meta right now after all the time and money i put into it and i dont have relics, let alone a lvl 6 with relics. I hope they find out what happen yo your pet so it does not happen again, hopefully there is a log or some sort of info trail left showing what happend to your pet and where it was at in training....but i find this highly unlikely....i feel for u. if i could help i would.
