When the server crashes, all pets are auto stabled.
Once you log back in they get unstabled.

So what happened is we recieved a crash which auto stabled your pet, we fixed it, put the server back up.
(Your pet was still stabled at this point)
You then logged back in at some point after the crash and your pet was auto summoned to you by default.
This happens with every pet, for everyone, on every crash.
So you hands down simply left your meta pet out to untame.
We also have a witness that said, from your own words that seen your meta pet wondering around in your courtyard.
I've been in a detailed talk with you about this, and now Adam has been in a large detailed talk with you about this.

I think it is unfair that you made a mistake, and now your are depicting staff in a bad light because of it.
This is very reminiscent of your pet summoning balls accusation.
