It really has to be a staff discretion sort of thing because an automated system is going to just cause tears. Add a human touch to it and I think you're going to have less people that are upset if they suddenly find themselves homeless.
I was next going to suggest that a team member dedicated to the project would be the best way to go tbh. That way it's not a burden on current staff that has other matters to attend to.We could probably fix this pretty quickly. It would upset a butt load of people however.
My idea was just make dirt plots decay at rapid speed, 2 days etc.
Or get someone on the team that strictly just looks for house plots that are innactive for a long time and we will just remove them.
