Cant decide if I should drop inscription on my fencer and put poisoning on him instead. He has GM magery and was wondering if the poison spell would be as powerful as on a nox mage with eval int. Thanks

Does eval int effect the poison spell? Was thinking of dropping inscription for poisoning on my fencer. So GM magery and GM poisoning so I could cast poison as well as put it on my pointy end...
