You'll see the smaller ones mostly for 250k+ for a bare lot. There is a 10x10 (I think) and a 7x7 near my housing for 300k and 200k respectively.

As far as I know, having mining with blacksmithing yields better ingot return when smelting crafted items while skilling up BS. I personally run a gatherer separate from my crafter as well. It might take longer and slightly more mats, but I'm in no hurry.

Great idea imo. Like Fattson suggested, having a running list of items and days/times would be great. If there's enough interest, maybe you could get this stickied or something and run a Google Spreadsheet of the goods being sold.

Sounds good. As far as stone decorations/furniture (if you would want that) I don't have a large supply of colored granite, so it may take a while to get something in anything other than the plain color.
