Hello friends, I am buying a two story villa, doesn't matter if its a single deed or if it have a Spot.
I may be interested in a Small stone tower too.

Tell me if you have any and the price.

Thanks

Hello,
I have a small stone tower in Yew on the guard line that I can sell you if you're interested. Also, a couple things in your other thread about the housing questions, to the best of my knowledge.
1. You can't mark a rune for the inside of your house.
2. I'm not sure... but, you can make the house public and secure the door if you're worried about keys.
3. I don't know.
4. What I did when looking for a house was get the placement tool, check to make sure it will fit. Mark the location and place it with a deed. Deeds are a good deal cheaper than the placement tool, but they can be stolen, and you don't get a heck of a lot of money back if you demo the house.

Edit: Another thing, you need 1200 Skill across the characters on your account, and 24 hours played to place a house.

I know with classic houses (that is either using a deed or choosing 'classic' from the house tool menu) you can use "i wish to secure this" and secure your front door with friend/co-owner/owner security, so you don't have to use keys. Not sure about custom houses. Anyone?

ALSO, before you use a deed, be aware that storage is somewhat limited and you get more storage if you place the same house via the tool. But this does cost more. I have a small stone tower, placed with a deed, and it only has 4 secures and 580 lockdowns. That's enough for my gear and to use as a restock hotspot for all my characters, but that's about it. Depends on if you run light like me or if you like storing a lot of stuff (my banks are all empty though, so that's something).

I have a 2 story villa with patio for sale. Its south of trinsic on the coast. I'm asking 600k. Also with the next gold sink stuff you can max storage any house now.

Two-story villa is an 11x11, which is a good size. Also it's near Trinsic AND near the water. Assuming the waterside is actually right next to the house/on the same screen this seems like a decent price. If you want cheaper, I'd suggest non-waterside or something not so close to a major city

And not to mention it's 500k per 5%, by the time you add 10-15% storage you could have bought any plot in the game basically

In custom houses you can single-click the door and it will let you choose the security (Friend, Co-Owner, etc.)
