Yes 3 accts per ip. Unless you have a roomate or family member etc. Then let staff know. If people are abusing accts, theg have to be lucky all the time. Staff only has to be lucky once and all accts and ip will be banned.

Yes. Especially if both are lacking. I have a 509 str 180 dex 537 int beetle with 122 poison. Hps 898. I would rather have high str/dex over a few hps neday
