[6:22 AM] drasked: @eppy is it true that having above 100 tactics does nothing?
[6:23 AM] eppy: no
[6:23 AM] drasked: so the formula on wiki is incorrect?
[6:23 AM] eppy: yes
I would love some of these formulas on the wiki, give us min maxers something to drool over.
Ive read through this thread and it's unclear to me what problem we are trying to fix here. Hardly anyone play red these days and if they do, they are generally hours away from getting statted.
A thief can't report a murder, so in that sense they are open game.
You can only freely attack them in town if they are "perma grey" which happens when they steal from non-red, perma grey only goes away if the thief dies.
Chainmail also reduces some dex i think.
Go with dragon armor, its only like 10k a suit and its super OP.
Also dont forget about miniheal, probably your best spell on a dexer with magery.
From what i tested mindblast is connected to eval. Char with eval does more damage with mindblast.
From what i tested eval seems to have no effect on your poison being resisted or not. A char without eval was able to land poison on a char with max resist at the same rate as a char with max eval.
Previous situation:
Join whatever faction was holding 100% of the towns and shop at the clusters of npc vendors placed conveniently by the faction folk. 2g/4g regs and 4g bottles where you could buy 10k empty bottles and 25k each reg per town.
Now:
Sit at stone for 10 min and for 1 hour all...
I mainly voted no because your OP is misleading to what was actually being changed.
Could you explain a little more about why your heal mages are now useless, mine still play the same.
Stepped outside brit last night for 1 min and saw 4 groups and a bunch of randoms fighting, doesn't look very dead.
Looks like the majority of pvpers don't care for mechanics like wands, horns and stun tamers.
