What is the speed of low level spells like heal on uof vs original servers? If the bandage timer goes up should spells like heal also go up?

I think people would really be surprised at just how slow everything was on OSI in the UOR era.
I don't think it's a bad thing that things have been sped up across the board.
Also it may be pedantic and I know you mentioned all low level spells, but I wish people would stop pointing out mini heal like it is the problem. The problem lies with the amount of time it takes to recover from casting another spell. The next spell delay should be quite a bit longer and this would make it so that you can't spam these low level spells as fast as you currently can. It also would encourage better timing and more emphasis on fast casting - rewarding players who master these mechanics. All first level spells are uninterruptable anyways so it wouldn't make sense to have them on a very long cast timer.

So, it appears that despite 80% of the players disliking this bandage nerf, it went in anyway.
I just tried to do Locke Cole on my zerker, which I spent 29384729374 hours and 16+ mil getting to level 10 with maxed relics. Before the bandage nerf I could complete this RDA no problem. Now I die over and over, get no score and my teammates have to rez me every few seconds.
This character I spent so much time on is practically useless now, as are all my heal mages. Thanks a fucking lot. I'd take back every cent I ever donated to this shard if I could.

If you farm lower end stuff you might not notice it. It's the situations where every second counts that it really fucks you.

I mainly voted no because your OP is misleading to what was actually being changed.
Could you explain a little more about why your heal mages are now useless, mine still play the same.
This was never changed on the live server.
I hope you feel pretty dumb. This highlights the 'sky is falling' mentality people like you have in response to any change you perceive to affect you negatively.

My bandages used to hit at 8 seconds on my dexxer. The bandage timer now goes to 9 and then there's about a second pause before it hits, so it's roughly ten seconds. I haven't changed anything on my template or stats, so something else has changed.

What this highlights to me is that people like you should have zero input on changes that broadly impact the playerbase and make people lose faith in the staff. And you have zero room to talk about a 'sky is falling' mentality when you are best known for complaining and finding fault with mechanics on this and other shards. Oh noes, a mage can't always kill every dexxer, it's the end of pvp as we know it... jesus christ.
And no, I don't feel dumb at all. I have done Locke Cole many times and have always been able to heal through his attacks until today. Maybe something was changed in relation to poison, I don't know, but my bandages are not hitting the same.

you know bandages take longer if you are poisoned when you start them, right?
you just ranted about how you died because your character is broken and you wish you had never donated because of a change that never even happened. you sound mental.
and the cherry on top is if the reason that he was seeing + 2 seconds on his timer was in fact because he was being poisoned that the changes I suggested would have been more beneficial to him.
