High traffic area! Selling due to lack of time for UOF!
With this being said I'm in no rush to sell.
I'm pretty sure this can be replaced with a 8x7 small stone tower.

yeah not a custom but with classic style house it can, and honestly its just for vendors. If you want a bigger house for storage I don't recommend this I have had 7 vendors on this house at once and I know it holds more than that

Because of the trees infront of the house,prefabs can be placed right in front of trees customs have to be one tile away which would make the house I am selling in this post 4 tiles away from the building in the rear and it needs to be five away from any other houses front and back and one tile on the sides but I'm sure you know that
