I'm toying with the idea of selling this one day and I was hoping you kind folk out there might be able to let me know what price you think it might fetch.

You can bank from inside the house and it sits right next to guard line. Holds 14 vendors but could add 7 more with vendor increase deeds maxxed out.

Dracule sold his brit bridge vendor house for 7 or some thing. It was slightly bigger and in pvp zone, but as a vendor location this is the best in the game.

I would say anywhere from 5-10m...just for the fact you can bank from inside and it's near one of (if not the biggest) largest vendor malls on the server.
