use your house placement tool, when you choose custom it shows you the storage amount on the right. the highest amount is Max storage.

If you add up the dimensions they need to equal AT LEAST 30.

Example...15x15, 17x13, 14x16.

15+11=26 therefore without even looking at the tool you know it's not max storage
