He has a reserve of 18m (didn’t see it at first myself)

Additionally I find that these days forum trades have a very low probability of being honoured even if you do legit win, despite staff having a zero tolerance with forum trade fraud. Mostly this occurs with the seller accepting private arrangements for sale and leaving bidders high and dry. (Not saying this is the case for this seller/thread)
