You find out if that powder is worth anything?

I use the powder all the time as it will prolong the life of high end weapons. There should be some value, but probably not a ton due to the wide availability of pretty good weapons. I mainly use it on super slayer weapons or better armor after a couple repairs to keep up Max durability.
