WTB Fletching PS

Hello, I am looking to buy fletching ps. I need a price on how much they cost. I know they are not as plentiful as other power scrolls.

They are very over priced right now in my opinion. 3 percent increase in chance for exceptional or Vetter properties per power scroll.. but because they are limited.. I have seen 105 going for around 1 million .. 110 around the same maybe up to 2 million.. 115 seen go for 3 million.. 120 I don't now if it has dropped yet but will go for lots I am sure... these prices are all based on what they have gone for moat recent but they are very rare and fluctuate alot

Thank you for the info. Do we know if the rarity of them will change st all? When were they actually introduced? Do you know?
