The barrel w/ lid was a stealable rare that I don't believe spawns anymore. Used to be worth 10k but now it's probably 5x that amount. It can be used as a secure container which makes it more desirable. The open barrels can be crafted I think?

The water barrels I don't think can be filled with pitchers on UOF unfortunately. There is a rare water barrel that can be dragged / locked down without having to fill it. Not sure if it was an old stealable also but I've seen a few here and there.

And the open top barrels i have are containers but look keg sized not barrel sized..
