I'm not entirely sure on drop rates, and to my knowledge it's all random. I'm sure it can go for quite a bit to the right buyer, but I doubt it's like a 500K-1+m rare.

The rare drop rates are fucking pitiful. Crap like this drop often and make it to market often or if doesn't drop at all there's no in-between it's kind sad.
I've asked staff to look into drop rates numerous times I guess in 2017 you have to forget about actually being able to get your hands on neat pixels in a fucking free Ultima online server lol. Like what's the point anyway? I get that rares need to be rare to a degree but this is a joke.
