Why is Legends down? When will it come back up?

Why is Legends down? Why does it go down? This has happened multiple times.

FYI - Legends has been down again since last week. Follow error appears when got to any page within it:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[' in /home2/uoforeve/public_html/legends/inc/players.php on line 58


Any ETA on getting this fixed?
