Which weapon is least affected by Tactics?

I am wanting to try a warrior build that requires 8 skills right now.

I am considering dropping tactics, but I'd be curious to know which weapon it would affect the least. As far as I am aware it adds 5-25 damage, going by the wiki. Is this based on the speed of the weapon or by random chance?

The goal of my build is to make a very defensive warrior for PvE. The 8 skills are:

Anatomy
Healing
Tactics
Swordmanship
Parrying
Resisting Spells
Musicianship
Discordance

The idea is the Parrying will greatly increase my armor and also completely block melee hits.
The Resisting Spells will... resist spells.
The Discordance will reduce the enemy's stats and skills, reducing physical and magical damage and increasing my chance to resist spells completely. It would also increase my chance to hit, compensating for tactics somewhat.

The idea is if I drop tactics, I would have the survival to kill enemies regardless. I would probably aim to get the talisman for the reflect and firebreath/poison resists, but ignore the arms lore.

I assume at the moment that tactics does not impact hit chance for melee.

I, personally, greatly dislike playing a defensive warrior. It's not fun. A berserker with high damage is much more enjoyable (and profitable). Without tactics, you'll want to shoot yourself.

Just to throw it out there, Tactics gives a damage bonus before other attributes like weapon strengths and buffs come in. This means it is included in any base damage calculations as opposed to being added to damage after multipliers have occurred.

For damage, Tactics > Anatomy by a long shot. Anatomy just happens to be important to healing and special moves.

I think you are setting yourself up for disaster with that build.

I'd recommend dropping Music & Disco, gaining Magery and Tactics. Get a defensive talisman and have a more effective defensive build that can actual deal damage.
