Where to find Young dragons (other than Destard)?

Wanted to tame a Young dragon now that I can, to help me on my taming journey to GM. However, the only place I know of to find em is Destard... and with all the reds running around there I wonder if there are other places to find Young dragons?

edit: I have a worthless Legendary peacemaker so I don't mind using him for something. Lol
