Where does one obtain a meta pet?

I see them every where and I have found out how to get the Spider and mount, but where does one get the dragon?

You need to get a dragon egg and hatch it. These are dropped by Akor and can be found in the dragon rda. Cost around 1-1.5 mil

It is highly recommended to save your money and buy someones used meta dragon. There are a ton up for sale and the cost is significantly less then training and buying all the pieces yourself.
