Where do you farm skill scrolls?

I check that Room in the water, but they are regular mages. I did find a lot in fire though.

I got all mine from ogre lords

Ogre lords do drop them fairly seldom. Less risk too from PKs, but not completely so. Also the gold is decent but other higher end mobs will provide more-along with the higher risk of being blitzed at a moment's notice.

I always go to the orc caves. There are reds, yes, but I can usually pop at least 100 orcs before I see one run by. Then I just recall out.

The other secret spot (not so secret now I guess) is the Orc Fort southwest of Cove. Leave Cove to the east, run south to the water, then west up along the mountain range. You'll come across an orc fort. There are orcs, orc lords, paragons, orc brutes, and orc mages. I have never seen one red here in 8-9 months of playing.
