Where do you farm skill scrolls?

I hear it's a good way to get gold as an early player.

Are they just random world drops? Certain mobs more likely to drop?

Although any monster can potentially drop a Skill Scroll (?), the most farmed ones are (but not limited to):

• titans
• liches
• lich lords
• balrons
• ancient wyrms
• evil mage lords
• blood elementals
• terathan matriarchs
• ophidian matriarchs
• ophidian zealots
• orc mages

Just thought i would throw this in but me and my brother have a house where liches spawn. And my brother being the bastard that he is, u invite to a game then finds all the cool shit lol but anyways he has found 2 animal taming scrolls off the liches out front our house no other skills scrolls just 2 taming ss so far..... Why are some ppl luckier than others

I've had decent success getting skill scrolls in Khaldun...

Eppy summed it up well. Did one farming run late last night and got 3 (1 from Titan, 1 from Balron, and 1 from Ancient Wyrm or Lich...?)
