where can i purchase a guild stone on this server?

Gold sink vendor in Britain... somewhat towards the bridge. Please note it does not have any "guild information" (properties)... you can only label it.

The vendor is on one of the stools next the the guard tower by the newbie dungeon entrance close to west brit bank.i believe
