Where can i download it? And which macros should i use for taming?

The easiest way to install it (or any of the 3rd party programs - Razor, Sallos, UOSteam) is to use the UOF Launcher: http://uoforum.com/threads/uof-launcher.50458/#post-336277

I believe @Experience & @Greed have a site that contains UOSteam & Razor macros. They can probably provide more details about that.
