When Can I start using pets?

Is there a guide or something on worthwhile pets I can control pre 70 taming skill 100 lore 100 vet

first thing really worthwhile is young dragon.thats at 73.9 i think

When can you accept it in a trade to start the bond?

pretty sure you can bond when you can tame.not sure what level u can accept it

I think that's 74 to receive and 75 to start bonding
