This is by far the coolest decoration in the game. Appears like a gnarled zombie corpse - does a spinning animation roullette wheel style and gives different rewards based on the color it lands on. Reward varies from gold to rare items all of which fall from the heavens in an epic display of showery. Not much is known about this item, I assume there is a jackpot color. There is an 11 hour cool down to spin
