I used photo bucket in the past, however imgur.Com is my go to nowadays

used gyazo, didnt like it.

by far the best program is www.prntscr.com aka lightshot

pressing printscreen brings up a tool to select the zone you want to screen, crop, text, color, etc and auto uploads it for you.
