What acts make you a criminal?

I am a bit unclear on this. Could someone list the acts which will flag you as criminal? I seem to be getting flagged as grey for (apparently) no reason at all sometimes, both while inside/outside of town.

Looting a body you're not suppose to, is probably flagging you.

When your farming with a buddy but don't invite to the party, the corpse they kill will be highlighted BLUE. So in theory if you loot from it , you turn into a criminal. Same way you would if you stole candy from a baby.
Another way to turn criminal is by healing another criminal (grey), murderer (red) or stealing from another player.
You might also consider throwing your ethreal mounts into a pouch and running around the world saying hey keel me for a free mount by punching other blue players.

Attempting to steal blessed items such as spell-books will also flag you as perma-grey.

• Attacking a blue pet (tamed or bonded) by being in war mode (red cursor) and double clicking on it
• Attacking a blue player or NPC by being in war mode (red cursor) and double clicking a blue player
• Casting beneficial spells upon a criminal (grey or red) player, monster, or animal that is not blue.
• Casting a negative spell upon a Blue player
• Discording another players tamed (or bonded) pets
• Healing a criminal (grey or red) player, monster, or animal that is not blue
• Stealing (or attempting to) steal from a blue player
• Taking an item from a Blue corpse
• Telling your pet to attack a blue player or NPC
• Telling your pet to attack another blue pet (tamed or bonded)

• Entering a player-owned home or steps of said plot that you are not friended to. You will only flag as grey to the owner/friends/co-owners of said house, and only while you are on the property. However, if they engage combat with you during this time, they will freely be able to kill you for a few minutes regardless how far from the property you are.
• Chopping the body of an innocent (blue) player.
• Opening an innocent (blue) corpse will not flag you grey, however even so much as clicking and dragging an item out of the way to view more items constitutes looting. As well, opening subsequent bags/containers on said corpse will also flag you.

Clicking an item doesn't flag you or break hide but manipulating it does
