Just depends who you talk to man, no one is helpful in the newbie guild because they should all be newbies. Most times its better to just post in forum cause, contrary to this doughebag @wreckognize , alot of people are actually helpful and know alot.

I also asked like 10000 people where to get more instruments finally I saw a counselor and they answered me

Player Ticket - Find another play with Young Status, give them your ticket, or take theirs. Double click yours, target theirs, or vice versa, select reward, both players get one

Red Runes can go from 7-15k I think, they are used in crafting Slayer Armor, which is new in last big patch

Platinum Coins - Gained primarily by killing Paragons, they drop Paragon Chrests as a rare drop, unlock those and they have Platty Coins in em, Sometimes you can get them from event mobs too. You use them at the Platty vendor. Located by the campfire on the way out of Brit West Side Bridge, next to the Gold Sink Vendor. You can but armor and stuff from them

Trash Tokens are gained by depositing things or some value at the Green Septic Tank by West Brit Bank, those will be used on a token vendor for Trash Tokens when they release that
