Does character's dexterity affect veterinary time?

My dex is 25.. veterinary time is 5 sec.

I have 4 second bandages on my archer tamer with 80 DEX.

What is the lowest dex you can have for 4 second bandages?

It barely makes a difference. On the order of 1-2 seconds.

Yea, well barely could save my meta's life. Whats the min dex for 4 second aids? I run 25 dex but If having say 50 dex gives 4 sec aids, Id give ti a shot Anyone know what the minimum dex is to get 4 second aids?

Agreed at 25 dex you can cast 2 greater heals on pet before 1 bandaid finishes. At 100 dex it is 1:1. That's a big difference.

Yes exactly It takes entirely too long for a bandaid at 25 dex, 2 Gh as you said. spot on. I would like to drop that down a bit, would help me out alot
