Whats the delay formula of Veterinary? Is dexterity involved?.

I am assuming you mean when using a bandaid to heal a pet. I believe it's a flat 5-6 seconds (someone who actually has a tamer correct me if I'm wrong).

The application speed is not dependent upon your dexterity or stam.

Yup, what he said, think it's just 6 but I got GM Vet, dont think Dex effects it

Ty both, so many custom things in this server, at first vet was affected by dex, then was fixed at 2 sec (in OSI), since i was taking a lot more than 2 secs to heal my pets i though maybe was affected by dex, but i didnt want to change my dex to try it lol...

Dex does in fact effect vet.
