I tried it on test center, doesn't appear so.. might have to do the stool trick for Keeps.. the ladder has options with Castle in brackets and option without but it doesn't seem to be letting me up over the top. the guy next door has his Keep roof Deco'd so must be able to get up there somehow...

Thanks for the response. Im tempted to put in the starting bid for it. Might need to consider more. Id probably just drop it and place a 30x30. Or whatever

No, a keep is the largest plot that can be placed here.. the guardzone line blocks a 24x24 custom by 1 tile.. so its a keep or 18x18 at best.

besides, a 30x30 alone is north of 50m.. if this spot was 30x30 possible would be worth a hell of a lot more.. i certainly wouldn't be listing it anywhere near this price lol
