You can see the vendors from the moongate and can shop in the guardzone.
alot of traffic obviously :)

Vendor owners get friended and can sit safe in the house to fill up vendors if wanted.

you could give the renters free 1 week and after that bump it up to 5k but personaly i can see yew bank at 5k per week but imo i would personally charge 3500/week
