Anyone know of or have a rune to a good Vendor mall. One with Slayers and Val armor and always stocked?

There at several gates opening regularly at wenwest Britain bank, id mark all of them.

there is pretty much no wall always stocked with slayer because of the pain to craft them.

but soon we will get a improvment for it and hopefully short after it we gone have always stocked slayer vendors
