Usage timer on Pet Ball

Are there any ways a usage timer of like 30 second can be added to the pet ball? Just used 2 charges because of a lagspike

I don't see how this would alter any game mechanics besides preventing over use due to a lagspike

I have no tamers but Shit that goes wrong due to lag spikes makes me insta rage in game. So this sounds like a good idea.

should be more like 5 min if you lose your pets that quick there should be SOME kind of downside, You should not be able to run around attacking people with pets just to pet ball them when then get off screen and start attacking again
