UOAM

Could someone please send me a good working link for UOAM. I just set up my Mac and downloaded Windows to play UO, but every download for UOAM just shows a black screen. I really need some help after getting this far and not having a working Map. Especially since my main character is a Treasure Hunter. Thanks!

Try this.

OK guys final fix confirmed. DL this : http://www.mediafire.com/?dr37l7qovdxapzd

it is a ZIP containing the needed map files.
just extract it into your UOAM folder and use the 'UO client files data location' menu option to point the program the files.

confirmed this works on my computer

Had the same problem until I followed those steps. Only issue is that housing doesn't show up.

I think over time something changed with the map files or their naming conventions and F'ed up UOAM.

Thank you Both! I will give this a try as soon as I get home. Really sucks not having map. I'm not very computer savvy when it comes to techie things!

Read the replay by me in the post he linked here. Had the same issue and resolved it without downloading anything.

try Enhanced Map which is a new map program that works like UOAM and supports multi clients.

Works right out of the box for me.

I will try. I did get uoam to work except there is no Booty island and no houses.
