As a rule, I have generally refrained from getting involved in the forums on any server I have played; however, I wanted to throw a few quick comments out here.
I played OSI on LS from 98-2003, and several free servers (popular and less known) off and on throughout the years. My only interest in UO has generally revolved around PvP, and supporting my PKing/PvP.
UO Forever has changed that for me. While this may be largely due to getting older and not finding as much gratification in killing everything in sight, I believe this is largely due to two factors beyond my personal perspective.
1: A uniquely balance UOF community.
2. An excellent staff, whose professionalism (in my limited interaction) is far above and beyond in quality one could expect in any game, much less a free UO server.
To the staff, I just wanted to say good job guys.
To the community - thanks for not being entirely composed of f**king sociopaths.
