I remember when I first started playing here I would farm at that graveyard and want that spot so badly lol. Def a cool spot!

Yeah I was surprised to see the spot empty, tricky to place in I guess. I knew it was a good spot for new players, hence the low price. The first guy who PMed me for this I think will be a good fit for the house.
