Who uses scrolls to recall? Why not just use a runebook? 100% success rate with 0.0 Magery!

If you recall from a runebook and get disturbed you have to wait for the cooldown timer. Using the recall spell or scroll you can get disturbed then retry as many times until the spell target appears and you can target your runebook. Not many people realise this.
