You can either type [templates or go through the Central Gump pane labelled as such to create/select templates for the various battles events.

Does this let you pick which title you want to currently use? Or do you still have to "trick" the game with the up/down arrows in skill list?
Also if I achieve a title, then lower the skill again, can I use this to still have the title I formerly earned? Or do I have to currently have the skill GM'd?
