Ultima Forever doesnt start anymore

I got ingame a message that i have to check for a new razor update after the message i get a disconnect. I uninstalled ultima online forever and reinstalled it new, now it doesnt start i get a Unhandled Exception: System.InvalidOperationException: This Razor installation is corrupted.bei Assistant.Engine.Main(String[] Args).
Can someone help me to fix this problem?

Fix, check that the box negotiate features with server is checked on razor or what ever program you are using
