I'm Taking offers on two houses I have for sale that are right next to each other.
The houses are located on one of the most northern tips of the map
The one on the north is a 14x9 three story house
The one on the west side is a 8x13 two story
Waterfront access
Only spawn is a few random animals
Very quiet, in the few months I've been here I've seen basically no one
Will accept the first offer I think is reasonable
I would like to sell as a pair
