how long has this been going on, in the past this was a router issue, where packets could reach the server but wasn't able to come back. If it's persistent I'd get with the provider of your internet. Also if you feel it's def not that it won't hurt to repatch, and try to connect again.

Also would suggest trying steam or razor and make sure your
SERVER LOGIN: login.uoforever.com
SERVER PORT: ****

Thank you, it's working for now if it happens again I'll have to start the process of elimination.
