tried making a second account, first account now gone...

So... I'm a little frustrated at the moment. The reason being, that I had an account and was starting to finally make progress in the game, but then made a second account. I also had the maximum 3 chars per my account, and since I use to play the original UO, I missed having 5/6 chars per account. So I decided to make a second account. But when I created the second account, my first one no longer exists when I try to log in with it. I am only given the option to create a new character when I attempt logging into my first account. Any tips or suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Prolly need to contact an admin on this one.
Make sure you are putting in the correct info.

You're typing the username in wrong. Double check to make sure you have it right. The game thinks you are creating a new account with a new username.

Boy do i feel stupid. I was trying to use my old second account log in from the original game, instead of the new second account name I made today. Thanks to you both. I feel like such a noob.
