Hi Loki,
I can't speak for anyone else (and I am sure you can find the maps at a cheaper rate if you look around) but when I buy maps I generally pay the following as a max price for each level:
1: 800
2: 2500
3: 4500
4: 7000
5: 12000
6: 21000
I buy a lot of maps and these prices always seem to work for people selling to me. I know that you can find Cleverly maps on vendors for lower than 7 (I have seen some for 4400 around this week on vendors).
