Tokuno ship galleon : fishing bonus ?

Hello,

I would like to know if the fishing bonus on the Tokuno Ship Galleon has been implemented on this shard ?

Btw, I have a smith with 105 skillpoints and I'm not able to craft cannon balls at all (6% chance).

And I've been looking around at NPC shop (smith, tinker, etc), wasnt able to find any cannon balls, do you know where I can get a chance to find some ?

No fishing bonus. Also if you want cannons for your boat you get them from the Shipwright.
