WTS To the Winner of the item Bless Deed - Val Runic Weap

As the deed is destined to be awarded soon, this message is for the winner.

I've set aside a swing of the Valorite Runic Hammer for the winner. If you are the winner and wish to use the deed on a Val Runic Weapon of your choice, please let me know.

Price will be negotiated - but i figured, a deed of this importance should be put on a Val Runic Weapon.

To clarify: the weapon would be as classified: Vanquishing is +9 damage. An exceptionally crafted runic weapon is +4 damage on top of its vanq properties.
Thus, the deed can be applied to a +25 to Tactics weapon of +13 damage.
